Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a hassle free 30 day return policy on all art and merchandise. However, after 30 days no refunds will be issued.

We do not offer returns or refunds on gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, email us within 30 days of purchase at customerservice@kimhight.com. In the email provide your name, address and order number.

If your return meets our requirements, we will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

***We cannot process your refund unless you have a valid Return Authorization Number so please contact us before attempting to return your item.***

There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds may be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten (10) business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@kimhight.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive the refund assuming the return meets our requirements.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that your returned item will be delivered to us.
