By purchasing or using a gift card from Kim Hight - Art That Inspires you agree to the following:

1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
2. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card.
3. We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
4. The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Kim Hight - Art That Inspires and shall be binding on the customer.
